Can I carry Insulin needles in flight? - disposable insulin syringe
I have a long flight, about 26 hours. I am a patient dependent on insulin for diabetics. Am I allowed to bring disposable insulin syringes in carry-on luggage. The last time my nail clippers are not checked as luggage at the airport in Singapore allowed.

You must inform the airline about it.

I wish you could get a medical certificate to ... can not be careful. I hope that would suffice your bottle of insulin, but only if the account or using Rx. If they have trouble when you can ask the flight attendant on how she is the guardian of the needles, when you need it. I'm sure if you show your life / death, fear of them working with you.
